This nicely decorated holiday home, far from other houses, with a pool and large garden in a green area of ​​the small village Brgod and near Labin and Rabac in Istria, is only a few kilometres from the beach.
The beaches in Rabac, surrounded by crystal clear waters, are known as the most beautiful of the peninsula of Istria.

The small fishing village Trget in a 7 minute's drive from the house, has cosy pebble beaches and a dog beach. Trget has two restaurants/bars and a small grocery store.

Close by is the charming medieval town of Labin is well-known for its cafés, fine fish and seafood restaurants and rich cultural life, including concerts and jazz and classical music festivals that take place throughout the summer. Four large supermarkets are in Labin and there are several small shops.

The holiday home has three bedrooms with three bathrooms, an open kitchen and a large living room. The beautiful, covered terrace overlooks the pool, and Mediterranean plants in the garden.
