The third bedroom comprises a double bed and a stylishly integrated, visually separated bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Moreover, the pool house (approx. 46 m2) offers an additional amenity, as it comes with another kitchen equipped with fireplace, sink, stove, oven, refrigerator, and a rustic dining area with TV, as well as a bathroom with shower. Furthermore, there is a games room in the attic with billiards, darts and foosball. This space is also air-conditioned.
