"Be aware, Bad Points - despite the Expedia listing that facilities included the use of water sports activities such as kayaks etc are part of the all inclusive package this turned out to be untrue with a kayak being charged at $50 an hour. The return airport transfer was dangerous as the hotel sent us out in a sub standard boat into a storm which resulted in us returning to the resort after 55 minutes at sea, after taking on too much water. "My wife and I had a great time at Kuramathi, we all had an unforgettable experience esp given it was to one of our first resorts. There was a lot to do which we didnt do, lol. We had enough time to walk around, go at the beach, go at the pools and have juices and food on the fly. That was enough to keep us occupied during the day and the jacuzzi in the room was enough to keep us occupied during the night after a long day of activities. Definitely would recommend."

"The resort was wonderful, the staff were great, food was good and healthy (aside from the desert bar, haha). My only request to improve the stay is to limit the areas that people can smoke, it was very hard to find somewhere that was free of cigarette smoke."

"I should've been did this review in Sept 2021 when went for our honeymoon Rm 262. I seem to can't get this place out of my head and want to go back. Hands down from beginning to end, the staff met every need and made sure we were good. They were excellent! Very welcoming and friendly. The food was really good and our over water villa was beautiful. I heard they are doing some renovations. When it's complete we will definitely revisit. "
