"Brilliant location. Spacious room. Quiet location. Things that I didn’t like: the fan in the bathroom was noisy and on a timer with the light. Very annoying noise went on for several minutes after using the bathroom. Never saw anyone in reception. Not even sure if breakfast was included in the price? There was a small breakfast area downstairs but we didn’t know how to use it. No milk or sugar provided and only x2 coffee pods that were not replaced when the room was serviced. Mentions a kitchenette but no cooking facilities. Also no tea towel to dry cups etc. Fridge was good. Overall however, a really good room with lovely views over old roofs ( we were in Tulip room) and in a fantastic location for access to the old historic centre."

While the incidents might be isolated, better communication about potential group bookings could have mitigated the inconvenience. Additionally, the absence of luggage assistance post-check-in and missing practical amenities like mugs and teaspoons were disappointing oversights. For future guests, I advise inquiring about potential group bookings beforehand and suggest the management pay closer attention to practical guest needs. Despite the amiable staff, ensuring a tranquil environment is crucial for an enjoyable stay."
