"The house and garden were really pleasant to stay in. We particularly enjoyed the enclosed, very private and well-kept garden and the lovely thrushes on the lawn in the evening. Maria José the owner is delightful - friendly, efficient and brimming over with knowledge and enthusiasm about the area. There was a puzzling shortage of basic kitchen equipment - wine glasses and bowls in very short supply! Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Fabulous house set in a breathtaking location, only minutes from Portosin and great stunning beaches. House was well equipped and very comfortable. "We stayed at this lovely well restored house for six days and had the most superb time. Everything worked as it should have and the weather was very kind to us. The waterfall running beside this house on the O Pindo Mountain adds to its special quality. The wifi which was excellent enabled us to research the area and understand its Celtic heritage. In fact we would even swear we heard the "Mouros" on the roof at night. We played music , painted and loved the views and wild life. Thank you."

It was not convenient to Santiago because getting a taxi was hard. Taxis from Santiago woild not come to us and were not familiar with the address. Fran helped order a local taxi for us. It was easier once we had a car. If you are doing the Camino stay in Santiago downtown. If you want a peaceful country setting, this home is good."
