"Our stay was very nice and the architecture of the castle turned our getaway in an unforgettable experience.
There are some things that can be improved such as the AC and an outlet didn’t work. The hot tub in the SPA is a little outdated.
The Lobby Restaurant and the Italian Restaurant were very nice and elegant. The staff is very friendly."

"Great location, but the bed was bad and the pillow awful. On the 4 days we were there, there was no hot water for 2 of them. No AC so the place must be really hot during summer."
