Recently built private BNB. All interiors are brand new and highly upgraded, Queen Bed with upgraded Mattress. Gorgeous tile in the bath. Custom built cabinets. All new furniture and electronics. Additional Sofa bed with comfy fold out mattress in addition to the queen bed. 2 private entrances. Tom is a realtor and works from home so close by if you need anything during your stay. Also I can provide you with all kinds of local intel.
Plenty of great local restaurants for your dining pleasure.

Wonderful large suite that included everything we needed for a 1 week stay. Tom was responsive, contacting us in advance with detailed instructions on accessing the property and what to expect. Very pleasant outside area to sit for an early AM cup of coffee. The unit was spotless and well stocked with towels and soap/shampoos. Very much appreciated the attention to small details as well. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The rental was cozy, clean and the owner even left snacks for us to enjoy. Tom was very responsive and friendly. The property was easy access and close to shopping & restaurants. We can't wait to stay here again!

We came to Rathdrum for family Thanksgiving & this sweet unit was perfect for four of us. Our kids said the sleeper sofa was comfortable. The host is incredibly welcoming & has great communication. The unit is wonderfully stocked & decorated & ready to go! We will be back!
