"Poor communication and customer service. We booked for one night only and we waited for an hour for someone to come to let us in. When someone arrived to let us up to the apartment, we were told it was still being cleaned so we dropped our bags and had to wait until 5:30pm to access the room. "This house was AMAZING! Very roomy, great layout, unbelievable views and super friendly hosts! Caroline and John were very helpful recommending restaurants to eat at. We had 7 in our group, 5 women age 70 to 19, 2 guys, one 16 year old and one 61 year old. I can’t get over how beautiful and comfortable this house was. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Northern Ireland.Thank you to Caroline and John!"

"The room smelt very badly of damp and the walls were very stained. The smell was so bad it caused breathing problems. I was unable to stay in it as it was causing me to wheeze. The owner wasn't present and so j had to wait for his return. He said he was unable to provide another room and would refund the money....I'm still waiting, that was 3 weeks or more ago"
