"Staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. Food in the pub was fantastic (seafood chowder & bread, summer risotto), and the atmosphere was just what you’d want and expect in an Irish pub. Room was lovely, great bed and pillows so slept very well, room very clean. Lots of car parking space, and the village very lovely."

"I don't usually write reviews but I loved my stay at the Martello so much. Check in was easy and the staff was lovely. Parking was very easy and not far at all -- I was also able to find parking easily both nights I stayed there. The restaurant at Martello was incredible too -- I had the best short rib I've ever had and was so happy with everything from start to finish. 10/10 reccomend!!"

"Fantastic stay. we arrived late but Jeff was ready for us. Greatly appreciate everything about the hotel and the staff friendliness. We were able to see the beautiful grounds in the morning and it was fabulous. The breakfast was great and very good. Wish we had planned on being in this area longer as the place is worth the visit."
