"The hotel is in a great location, near restaurants and the main shopping area. It was clean, safe and comfortable. One of two elevators was not working part of the time we were there. The only thing we realized is that there were other more luxurious hotels at the same rate on the same street. "

"The hotel has perfect location in Lisbon, I can easily walk to subway station within 5 mins. There is a huge park near the hotel and the area around the hotel is very nice but busy too. The room they provided to me was clean and tidy, but it was quite noisy when trying to sleep at night, I can hear the traffic and police car at night clearly."

"Excellent location, very helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet but restaurant/bar quite bleak. Room very comfortable, bathroom has great shower but would benefit from a decent towel rack, and somewhere to put toiletries in shower. We were happy to reuse towels but they were replaced anyway! "
