Stranded overnight on a forced layover in Frankfurt but don’t want to eat the free but unappetizing hotel buffet if you are shuttles you to the NH hotel Frankfurt Airport West? Take a two minute walk down to Corner Steakhouse Zur Ziegelhütte. They serve a variety of beef that comes out in a smoking hot stone so you can cook it to your liking. It’s gimmicky, sure, but it’s also delicious. Sides are great and service was great until they brought out THREE steaks instead of ONE 300gram steak for us to share 😂
Even if that made them hate us a bit, we still loved our dinner and it was the only bright spot in an, otherwise, stressful situation

"The key system is tricky. Remember your room number, and make sure, well—hope, no one else learns/knows your room number. Somehow the smell of smoke enters a no smoking room though the windows open really helps clear the room of any odor though consider 3rd degree smoking is real."

"If you have a family and you love German wine, I want to recommend this accommodation. It is located on top of hills, you can enjoy nice view with Rhien-river. I requested to take a dinner and breakfast, these were perfect and they provided warm hospitality. They have own winery, the guest can enjoy good quality wine in there. The building has a lift."

"Die Umgebung war ruhig. Die Ferienwohnung enttäuschte. Küche minimal ohne Kochgelegenheit oder Möglichkeit zum Abwaschen. Kaum Abstellmöglichkeiten. Nur eine Mikrowelle. Im kleinen Bad nur ein winziges Waschbecken, was zudem nicht ablief. Einrichtung war ziemlich spartanisch. Ein Pluspunkt hatten die beiden Betten, auseinanderstehend. Sie waren bequem und man kann darin gut schlafen. Für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet."
