"Panorama Blue is located in a perfect location to enjoy the evening and very close to the parking which is included! Thats a big bonus. The room was spotless and was a perfect starting point - just far enough from the tourist shops and a wonderful view in the evening to enjoy the sunset and the harbour. "There was a problem with the type of the accommodation but finally when the manager involved we received the right type as per the booking. Even we needed to wait until 7pm to get in the accommodation. Only one guy from the reception was very polite but the rest didn’t show the correct attitude to us as clients.

"The terrible rating is for Menada agents who make you travel 2km to pick up keys from their office. Also charge 20€ if you wish to check out earlier than 7am when leaving.
The Royal Sun Apartments are very nice, just do not use Menada. The apartments have several different agents within the complex handling management of apartments."

"Nesebar is a very cool place! The hotel was perfect! Very nice staff, super clean, really big balcony with an awesome view, comfy and clean room! The food was also fantastic, pool is pretty, and best location in my opinion! Can’t say anything bad about this place!"
"While the property itself was clean, daily housekeeping was inconsistent and often lacking. The location, although near the beach, is somewhat inconvenient—access requires descending a steep set of stairs and navigating along a narrow, rusted, sandy ledge. Once there, the beach is quite small and the nearby vendors are overpriced.
The elevator was a notable frustration: very slow and uncomfortably cramped. Staff interactions were underwhelming at best—frequently unfriendly, and often blocking parking access, which, while perhaps policy, created unnecessary hassle.
One of the most disappointing aspects was the billing. Despite booking under a “pay after your stay” policy, I was charged on the first day. This was frustrating, especially since I had intended to use a different card for payment.
Additionally, the hotel is a bit removed from the heart of the local dining and activity scene—expect a 10-minute walk to reach most of the popular spots. To top it off, although we reserved a double room, we were given a child-sized bed instead, which was not only misleading but also incredibly uncomfortable.
Overall, the experience fell short of expectations, and I would recommend looking elsewhere for better service, convenience, and value."
