"The place was pristine and decorated beautifully. It had everything we could want. Perfect for two people and a very short walk to the beach and all the restaurants. The owners even dropped off two beach towels for us to use. We were happy they also had beach chairs. The only thing we could have used was a beach umbrella. Would highly recommend this if place."

"We absolutely loved our 5-night stay at Kokomo Cottage. It was quiet, peaceful and exactly what we needed after a hectic tax season. Rather heading to Folley Beach, or downtown Charleston for a day of shopping, sightseeing or an incredible dinner, the Cottage is centrally located to everything we wanted to do. "I was visiting my son for the holidays and needed a place to stay. This house was perfect. Loved walking around the yard looking at the plants or sitting outside on the covered patio. The house was decorated for Christmas. It was well-stocked for me to cook meals. The host communicates quickly. There is a guest book with recommendations. The host even offered a bottle of wine! Great host. Darling place. I enjoyed my stay."

"We had a wonderful weekend staying at the cottage. We celebrated our daughter's college graduation and the accommodations could not have been better. Beautifully decorated with nice updates (great bedding etc.) and a wonderfully equipped kitchen. If you have a boat, this would be the perfect place as it has a great dock. I hope we can stay again!"

"It was the most relaxing and peaceful time we have had in a long time. There are beautiful marsh views. The tidal creek and marsh are full with wildlife. We enjoyed the stars.
