"Wonderful hotel which really suited us. We wanted easy access, great parking, apartment facilities, access to Ravenna's sites and the local area and it exceeded in all of these. The staff were so very helpful directing us to local stuff - buses, free bikes, shops etc. ok, it was a reasonable walk into the centre of town but we did it most days and it was no problem - you could always drive, take the bus or cycle. Our week was too short with so many things to see in the area. We would go back. "

"We truly loved this place. Dont be put off by the star rating, as its easy better. Room was great. We had 3 gereations travelling.. we had a 2 bedroom. Beautiful food, very friendly staff, great location. 5 mins from cruise terminal. Mini mart close by, resturants abd cafes around."

"stayed for 1 night with my wife. arrived late and was pleased that a receptionist called me to check where am I. the hotel is very shabby, smells of cigarette smoke in eleveator and stairs, smells bad in the room. We came in the middle of the breakfast and all the plates were nearly empty and nobody refilled them. coffee was really awful. maybe during the high season time and in comparisson to neighbour hotels this one seems ok but i would not recommend it to anybody for a stay"
