"Nunca recibí correo de parte de R& B explicando la llegada y entrada al establecimiento. No está bien marcado, dimos muchas vueltas antes de llegar. Tuvimos suerte que alguien salió del edificio ( por cierto muy feo por fuera). Elevador no funciona, subimos al piso 2 con maletas. Solamente la señora de limpieza nos dio las llaves, sin explicación de cómo utilizarlas (digitales), Tuvimos problemas para salir del departamento. No servia la cafetera en la mañana; desayuno pobre. "The staff left the heating Sistema on and the room was extremely hot when we arrived. The air conditioner could not cool the room because of the heat inside and outside. The staff helped but the experience was not what we expected. I would not visit this property again. I would have to say breakfast was good and the Expedia staff was very accommodating and helpful, but the hotel has properties outside the Mail building and they are not as comfortable and a regular hotel room"

"What a super place ultra clean and well kept. The manager was dealing with a large party but still made us very welcome organising drinks, takeaway pizza and a breakfast - fantastic service. The hotel is absolutely beautiful with stunning views and the rooms are very comfortable. Thankyou for the homemade cake it was delicious :-) "

"The host was absolutely lovely and very welcoming, and the home itself is beautiful with generous gardens. That said, I found the room quite small – I had to place my suitcase on the bed to open it – and the mattress was very firm, which made for a less comfortable sleep.
