"Property is surrounded by a security fence, gate code provided didn't work. Initial entry code to the building for after-hours check-in didn't work, we had to call the hotel's customer service to get a new code. We were then billed by the hotel for our stay even though we had already paid Expedia. We did eventually receive a refund.
The rest of the stay was perfectly fine, the hotel is convenient for travel and to a large shopping mall with many options for food and shopping."

"Seemed quite a few units to stay in on the site. We were in (we think) the main garden unit.
Condition was ok, looked like they were renovating the unit up. Not many lights working in the kitchen living area so was a little dark
You can't really self cater as there is no crockery or pots pans cutlery etc. everything is provided by the host - unless they are slowly getting round to sorting this out.
In the middle of nowhere so nice and quiet
The outside space is lovely

"un service client inexistant. J'ai fait une modification et j'ai du payer double ma modification en ayant prévenue plus d'1 semaine à l'avance. Malgré mes relances au service client de l'hotel par email, telephone et lors de mon séjour aucune réponse ne m'a été faite. Quelques jours après mon séjour je reçois un email automatique s'adressant à moi comme ci j'avais simplement annulé mon séjour.
On est très loin du standard attendu. "

Great value hotel in Metz
"The hotel is in an old building, but my room was lovely. The bed and bedding were wonderful. The bathtub/shower combination had lots of hot water and strong water pressure . The hotel is practically across the street from the magnificent train station, and a twelve minute walk to downtown on a beautiful walk. There are two great restaurants a block or two away for either French or Italian food. The breakfast was a very good continental breakfast. The staff were all friendly and polite. One standout was Vincent, who checked me in when I arrived. He recommended restaurants and helped me with a dinner reservation. When I returned from dinner, he inquired if I enjoyed my meal. He obviously enjoys his work - he made me feel like a valued guest at the hotel!"
