"Pas de communication, on est restés avec des enfants dans la nuit à attendre bcp de temps, appeler tout les numéros pour avoir les codes d'accès de l'immeuble. Il fallait faire un chkin compliqué sois même. Personne ne parle anglais. Pas de l'eau chaude. À fuir ! C'est la première fois qu'on a eu cette mauvaise expérience avec hôtel.com"
