"It was bad, from the arrival they didn't give us one of the booked rooms we booked to triple bed rooms and they gave us 1 triple and 1 single bed room, the so called breakfast was a piece of bread, not a continental breakfast, also the rooms not cleaned by housekeeping and had roaches (i have pictures), and when informed to the staff they just ignored us, this is not right to charge us so much for what, we paid for something we didn't get and also we had to kinda sleep with roaches and bad...

"The staff at Buenavista made this a great vacation. They work very hard to make sure you are comfortable, well fed and you have everything you need. The Chef prepared 3 fabulous meals a day. The owner will contact you prior to arrival to see food preferences and go to the store. Just know that you need to have cash to pay for the groceries upon arrivall. It is a good idea to have money exchanged prior to the trip. Most local businesses take there currency and it will be better for you. Have a plan for what you would like to do, Mario is amazing and will take you anywhere.It was a very relaxing location. Download the Spanish translator on your phone if you don’t speak Spanish it helps a lot."
