Our stay at Meet at Rawai was great. The hotel looks good, the greenery around is amazing and the rooms are very clean, with towels and sheets changed daily. The staff is quiet and pleasant. Rawai beach was the best spot for a week of our stay. We stopped by the most famous Putnam beach in Phuket, terrible smells and too many people. At Rawai beach, you can take a boat for from 2000 bht to go to coral islands.
If I visit Phuket again, I would not go to Rawai, as there’s not much there at all.
It’s a less busy feeling city than Patong and a more relaxed vibe.
Once the road is finished with construction, the area will be very pleasant. There are many very nice beaches to visit by taxi or motorbike. There is a dolphin show, grocery stores, and many other things to see in this area. Rent a motorbike!
