"The place was good and the on site staff were helpful but the overall experience from Hotels.com was terrible and made the whole trip unpleasant. The accommodation don’t answer the phone and Hotel.com have appalling customer service and just don’t care what happens after they take your money, they openly admit that they have NO complaints procedure and that they do not abide by Data Protection law. "It is a beautiful appartement in a great location with parking. It was clean, very comfortable and practical. It is in a quiet place, but York Walls are less than 15 min walk along the river. There is Sainsbury's local and a pharmacy just couple minutes away on the main road. When we come to York we would love to stay here again."

"This a lovely apartment in a quiet area of beautiful houses. There is a park at back and the race course opposite. Buses into York centre are frequent and take just a couple of minutes. The apartment is stylish and well equipped, but we would have liked a microwave. It’s quiet and private. Stays were very helpful when we had a problem with the keys."

The listing really should mention the tv is almost impossible as the wifi signal is bad and maybe have some games or puzzles available as we were not aware the tv would just buffer constantly..
