None of the rooms in the category i had reseved had been cleaned (check-in srarts at 3pm it was almost pm) adter telling me no rooms were available started trying differant room types aging each time not cleaned. Finaky found a room. The room was acceptably cleaned. But the most uncomfortable bed ever in a hotel, heat and air didnt work. At checkout no desk clerk (630am) and a sign with sorry no breakfast. Will not stay again"

Carpet felt damp and popcorn ceiling was peeling in a couple spots near the slider door to the outside. King bed had obvious sagging in the mattress from use; overdue for replacement. "
