"It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

"House was clean, tidy & as described.During our stay the heating decided it didn't want to work and the bathroom light went out in support. Response was quick and hassle free. The bathroom light was fixed promptly and whilst the heating issue didn't get resolved immediately as it was complicated, convection heaters were supplied as a temporary fix. We'd stay again. "

"Host was incredibly helpful andCommunicative. Address all questions quickly and made for a nice stay. The Tesco being across the street was highly convenient and the train stations were just close enough to be walkable. Overall this listing was well worth the price. "

Travel was easy into central London as the train station is just a short walk. I would definitely recommend this place. "

"Lovely 2 bedroom property not far from Dartford tunnel and located in Slafe Green. Will definitely stay again. Good sized garden with decking which would be great in the summer "

"3 hrs before checkin she tells me I’m now staying in Romford as the house has no gas. We agree at £25 she never sends. I arrived at the 4 bedroom house. 3 bedrooms locked and only one available. Midnight I’m looking for somewhere else. She accuses me of using the bed!! Which I didn’t as had to leave as we needed two beds. Won’t issue refund and tells me I should have told her sooner so she could cancel it. Very disgusted and my 7 year old was dragged around in the night while we tried to find...

"My husband and I stayed here with my folks. From the initial booking to checking out, everything went smoothly. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cobham. We will definitely keep this location in mind if we travel back to this area in the future."
