"Everything was good, AC was cold and the room was clean. My only issue: I had requested a smoking room. When I show up the man behind the counter asked if I "had to have a smoking room". I just said yes. A smoking room is what I booked because that's what I wanted. They put me in a nonsmoking room anyway. Okay honestly not a huge deal. In the morning they knocked on the hotel door asking if we needed any room service. I said no, they have me a towel and a wash cloth. Okay. I had already had to go to the front to ask for another towel because I require more towels than one was and those towels are always really small. Not long after that we left to get breakfast and do some things. Camke back and they had gone back into my room and taken all the towels I left hanging up to dry except for the one they had given us earlier that morning. So now we had one towel for three people. I could have gone and asked for more again but I just let my son use the towel and skipped a shower for the day, very inconvenient and why enter the room after the renters leave just to gather towels you had already been told we're fine? I usually bring my own towels. I will be sure to always do this from now on."
