"The house needs maintenance work as well as cleaning. The freezer was filthy when we arrived. One of the sliding glass door handles was broken. The outside deck as well as the boat dock both need major repairs. (The day we arrived, the owner did message not to get on the dock due to needed repairs.) ..."
