"The photos do not do this property justice. Its a lovely large secluded house in the middle of sunflower fields. The owners live next door and were on hand for anything we might need, but we didn't see or hear them unless we needed to. They were the perfect hosts. It was a great location for our extended family getaway. The pool was perfect and provided good shade for the children. Kitchen: a caterer’s dream, grounds beautifully littered with small groups of seating for people to ‘escape’ the big crowds, sporting equipment galore and children’s entertainment to suit every age, not to mention the billiards and table football "

"Nous avons été déçu de notre gîte. Les alentours sont mal entretenus, l’impression d’abandon. Dans la chambre n°3, le matelas est plus large que le sommier. La cuisine: manque de vaisselle, d’ustensiles de cuisine, de bols pour déjeuner. Des plats rouillés. Pas de vraie cafetière… il faut des dosettes senseo. Manque aspirateur, seau et serpillère pour faire le ménage. Sur la terrasse, les lattes en bois se soulèvent, le salon de jardin est vieillissant, odeur de fosse septique."

"Le Pigeonnier is a very well-thought out holiday home which was extremely comfortable for four families. A very well-equipped kitchen, we loved eating outside, pool and pool area great, lovely garden space for the children, volleyball/table tennis/pool were enjoyed. Tennis at Pont Saint Mamet was easy to organise, great local shop. We loved the isolation and peace. Merci!"

"Des hôtes très charmants et réactifs, avec de très bons conseils pour notre séjour! Logement très propre, très bien équipé, bien optimisé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, mieux qu’en photos! Du calme, de l'intimité, situé sur les hauteurs de Trelissac avec une très belle vue d’un côté et de l’autre à l’orée de la forêt, où des biches passent dans notre jardin, tout en étant à 10mn de Périgueux!
