"The property was clean and the bed was comfortable nice to have a kettle and fridgewith freezer compartment and a bacony. Needs a bit of refurbishment particularity the bathroom with a wet room and hand held shower head. Unfortunately the property is in a residential neighbourhood and dogs were regularly barking late at night and early morning which disturbed our sleep but this was no fault of the owners Spiros and his wife who were wonderful hosts. All in all a good stay in budget...

"Had an amazing family holiday in Kefalonia staying at Niko Studios. We were welcomed on arrival, apartment was stocked with essentials (and some non essentials!) and very clean. Can't fault at all. Location is perfect, just off the main strip so everything you need is walking distance including an abundance of restaurants. Beaches are a short walk and a supermarket opposite. The room was tidy and aircon was on when we arrived making the room nice and cool (it was very hot outside). Staff were very friendly. The owner went above and beyond organising for our laundry to be cleaned and even giving us an impromptu driving lesson. For a two star accomodation I was very happy with our stay and experience. "
