"I felt at home. Very spacious apartments, clean and modern. I liked the wooden floors and tiled bathroom. Everything you need is there in the apartment, even a small kitchenette. We had a lake view room and views were amazing. Very warm welcome from the reception and smiley faces. Straight into stresa streets so we didn’t have to drive. "Stayed in this apartment hotel for 2 nights in Apr23. We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous. Their email mentioned that they gave us a perfectly working TV before we checked in. How can they accuse us for spoiling the TV a few minutes...
