We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was incredibly nice—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect, and having hassle-free onsite parking made our trip so much smoother. We also loved the nice pool area, and the food at the restaurant was both delicious and very well priced. Highly recommend this place,

Room decor was lovely, clean and tidy. Staff were helpful & friendly. Shower door leaked at the bottom, seal missing so floor was soaked every time we showered. There was also no room service available.

Staff were super friendly. There’s a £30 surcharge for a dog but for that he got a super comfy bed and bowl which made his stay a real treat. Didn’t get a chance to use pool but did walk around the very pleasant grounds. When we arrived we were concerned that with two events going on we might not get much sleep however the soundproofing was excellent, didn’t disturb us at all. Room in the Mansion House was clean and well appointed with a lovely super king bed. Breakfast good and plentiful parking although I’m guessing there may have been issues with width of spaces in the past as we saw many cars straddling two spaces :) Didn’t cause us any issues though. We’d love to head back!

In the middle of the nowhere… with golf green and swimming pool. Good breakfast and great service team (baristas, waitresses and waiters, housekeepers). Unfortunately the only regret : unhealthy menu in the restaurant.

I had a great stay at the hotel for a wedding. The room was huge and the beautifully designed. I really liked the various lighting and the room had lots of mirrors. Staff were great and friendly; I asked for green tea teabags and staff bought them to my room quickly.

Our room was clean and cool as our visit was during the heatwave. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially agreeing to transport us in the golf buggy as our room was a few minutes walk from the main reception. Breakfast was very delicious was a fair variety of items to choose from. Parking is fair but could become tight if there is a big event on. The grounds are well kept and encouraging to take a wander around. I totally enjoyed my stay, so thank you to the wonderful staff.

The breakfast was excellent, there was a little confusion with finding parking outside of Wellington Lodge, parking was limited, it was hampered my another hotel resident and thier bad parking. My room in Wellington was comfortable no problems. Staff i met were welcoming and professional.

The welcome from Imi on reception started our stay, he was so engaging and helpful and a credit to the hotel. Our room was clean and served us well. The only thing we needed and not provided in the rooms was body lotion although interestingly it is in the public bathrooms. The restaurant in the golf club building was very nice. Our server Amber was again a credit to the hotel and gave great service. The food was plentiful and an excellent quality and taste. Our friend with a dairy intolerance was well catered for. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety of continental and full English options. The hotel is close to lots of places to visit making it an ideal place to stay to explore.
