Arrived late and left early, so really didn't see much of the hotel. However staff were friendly when we arrived at midnight and the room was clean and comfortable.

The accessible twin room was perfect for travelling with my Mum who has limited mobility. It was the first (only?) room on the ground floor. It was spacious and good to have rails by the walk-in shower and toilet. Although my Mum uses a walking stick and not a wheelchair we could see it being perfect for someone who does. We liked the little table and chairs, The hotel is within a short walk from restaurants and shops. The staff on reception were friendly.

Excellent location in central Reading. Rooms are clean and modernized with functional air conditioning, which was needed in the hot summer. There was noise from upstairs but staff helpfully gave me a complimentary upgrade into a nicer room. Room rate was very reasonable. Would definitely visit Garner again!
