"Overall we had a nice stay. Adults with tweens and teens. The staff was friendly. The rooms were decent nice property. I would say they need more pool space because when they’re at full capacity, the seating became a challenge. We did the bike tour that was fun. My friends enjoyed the spa. I wasn’t crazy about the food, but it was OK. I still had a relaxing time."

Ocean views are considered partial views of the ocean at the resort in reality it is really facing the center grounds of the property. "We wanted to try this and save a little money since our flight was due in late. Read reviews and opted to do one night ant Toby’s and head to our all inclusive the next morning early. While the room was clean and the staff we met nice. The location and community accessibility put our safety into question. It did have a privacy wall surrounding the hotel, but the police were very active all through the night driving past our room with lights and sirens. Overall I will choose to spend the extra at San Souci for the peace of mind next time. "

"We love this resort! It was our second visit and it is like coming home! The staff is hospitality at the top tier!! So welcoming and friendly! Our butlers were amazing. They kept us updated on the events of the day, which restaurants were available and wanted to do what was needed for us to relax and enjoy. The food at Joia was delicious and good variety. Our lunch favorite is Port Maria, good breakfast buffet and also room service breakfast. Our favorites for dinner were Toscana (Italian) and the Greek over in Selection. We will definitely be back as soon as possible. "
