Excellent location . Pleasant staff. Clean but the room has a weird chemical smell . The bedroom is very small while the living area is unnecessarily big !! The lift was out order throughout our 9-day stay .

The best things about Premier Suites are the excellent location a block from the town center and the excellent accomodating staff. The elevator was out of service during our stay and the very kind desk attendant immediately offered to change our room from the top level to the 1st floor.

Stayed here a few times, but disappointed to find absolutely no cutlery whatsover. Also a couple of pans but no frying pan etc. Apartment was nice and roomy and I was in the annexe building right by the town centre. Location excellent!

The welcome food (fruit, cookies, etc.) was appreciated. The room was clean, but the dishwasher was not working properly and I couldn't use it properly. The bus stop was nearby, which was convenient for commuting. The manager's service was very good.

Highly recommend for business or leisure

Stayed here again for the 3rd time. And still a brilliant service. I like the spacious accommodation and no one bothers or annoys us during the stay. Reception staff are very helpful and always go the extra mile to assist when required. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend for business and for leisure.

Reading is the perfect hub for travels in and around London - this property allowed us to stay in a 2-bedroom flat with kitchen, washer/dryer; everything is walkable - we loved it and would stay there again.

Stayed here again while in Reading for a business trip. Apartments are fantastic and couldn’t ask for more. Flight was delayed and receptionist sent across late check in instructions and we got in with ease. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

Simple clean apartment. Easy entry and good comms. Central courtyard very echoey and quite noisy when other guests are talking or moving around, otherwise pretty good and a decent central location.

Went over with my dad for a football match and to catch up with old friends. Property was fantastic and had everything we needed. Clean and tidy and in a great location. Already booked again to go back.

The property is on the perfect location, right on the heart of the city centre and the train station. But there were loud noises, music and people shouting from 11pm to 4am both days we were staying there. The windows are not sealed very well that it made it impossible to sleep.

Good location but noisy

Great location in the center of Reading a short walk from the station. Located close to bus routes linking with sites in the area. It is a bit noisy as the seals around the windows seem to have perished a little.

Alina at Premier Suites was exceptionally helpful—she promptly added our car registration to the bus lane exemption and was highly responsive throughout our stay. The location is unbeatable, situated directly across from the Oracle Shopping Centre. We arrived late by car, and finding the property was a bit challenging at first, as our sat nav didn’t direct us correctly. Following the provided instructions carefully was essential. However, once we settled in, we had everything we needed, including a convenient coffee machine in the lobby. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I really enjoyed my stay there. The actual rooms themselves were great. Super clean, lots of space. The entrance kind of looks like a prison, and was a little off-putting when I arrived. Also, it’s by a bar called the Purple Turtle. It’s LOUD! Not the music, but the people who go to the bar. It’s roust, and I had the pleasure of being woken up around 3am each day to people screaming and yelling. Bring your ear plays to drown them, and the busses that pass through there out.

Our stay was amazing. We stayed to go to the reading festiabl and it was brilliantly located 10 min walk to the train station. And abouve a mall wirh so many shops and parking!! Will definitely be staying here again.
