"The host never responded to any text or chat messages from us once we were given his contact details three days prior to the booking. There was no email address only a mobile phone with no voice mail available to leave a message. Neither did he respond to any emails sent by Vrbo support. Vrbo did not have any additional information about the property apart from that on the website and did not allow the booking to be cancelled until we actually arrived at the property despite the complete lack...

"We had a lovely one-night stay at Voco Reading as a family. Parking was easy, and the staff were so welcoming—especially Leon, who gave us great tips on where to go for my daughter’s birthday. The highlight was coming back to find a mini cake and birthday card waiting in our room, such a thoughtful touch! The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, which made for a very comfortable stay. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. We really appreciated the little details and the warm service. Would definitely stay again—thank you for making my daughter’s birthday extra special!"
