"We enjoyed the staff member who checked us in when we arrived. She welcomed us and spoke English with us. She provided us with a map and some helpful suggestions for places to visit, eat and transportation. I called for an extra towel to be added to the room. The staff member brought the towel plus an extra towel up to the room right away. She was very polite and spoke English with me. The staff has been very accommodating with our stay here.
