"J ai ete tres decue par cet hebergement, que je deconseille fortement ( et c est rare que je fasse des commentaires negatifs). Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. Attention : pas de draps ni serviette ni torchon, ni kit vaiselle...rien...j ai du me debrouiller pour louer des draps en me deplacant chez un prestataire exterieur..../ l appart etait en tres mauvais etat, mal / pas nettoyé, il manquait une facade de meuble de cuisine, pas de lampe...

"TrĂšs déçu par ce sĂ©jour. Des l onboarding nous sommes mal accueilli avec un personnel dĂ©sagrĂ©able. Puis lors du check in on m indique que le linge de lit et de toilette ainsi que le mĂ©nage de fin de sĂ©jour n est pas inclus. J ai du rĂ©gler plus de 80€ pour le kit alors que dans le descriptif il Ă©tait notĂ© que le kit Ă©tait inclus ainsi que le mĂ©nage (en dehors de la cuisine) j ai montrĂ© le descriptif sur la plate-forme mais je me suis heurtĂ©e Ă  un mur. La piscine est froide mes enfants n ont pas...

"Disappointing I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...

"No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture

"Le mĂ©nage n Ă©tait pas fait Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, l appartement sentait extrĂȘmement fort la cigarette, l'immeuble est en travaux Ă  cause des gardes corps trop fragiles, il est donc interdit de sortir sur la terrasse. Il nous a Ă©tĂ© impossible d'imaginer rester dans cet appartement mais comme l hĂŽtelier nous a assurĂ© que le mĂ©nage avait Ă©tĂ© fait, ils refusent de nous rembourser. Nous avons pris une vingtaine de photos tres explicites pourtant. Location a fuir, l hotelier est un escroc. "

"No bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotel’s services description that I have to carry on my own. Poor cleanliness. Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom.
