"Overall, this is a lovely place, especially for the price. The rooms are lovely. There is an elevator that you are very close to. It is a longer walk to parking if you have a lot of luggage or if you have mobility issues. There was no WiFi. For those who do not speak Italian, the communication will be challenging as the person who checked us in did not speak English. We had some confusion about certain details and it was hard to get clarification."

"Emma and Rita went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The breakfasts were excellent and the room was clean and what we needed. They took the time to provide us with a personalized tour of Cassertavecchia and a silk manufacturing facility. Emma’s insights and Rita’s translation helped us to fully understand what we were seeing. Both ladies are totally focused on customer service."
