It was generous with water in bottles for a whole week, with a lot of things in the kitchen everything irradiated generosity and taste. "Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... "Spent a beautiful week with our family, including 6 grandchildren celebrating our Golden wedding anniversary. Had their recommended chef cook for us 4 evenings which was a real bonus. Amazing food. Upstairs rooms only suitable for children rather than adults. Trampoline a little worry, as no safety net. Highly recommend everything."

"The pool and outside area were lovely and well maintained, the interior of the house is all in working condition however the kitchen area, bathrooms and sofas were a bit dated could do with a refresh. "We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Villa Cascaino! The location is excellent for exploring all of the small towns nearby, as well as exploring beach areas on the coast. The house is spacious and the pool is extremely relaxing, particularly on the hot days. The kitchen/dining room area is very large and was able to accommodate our large group. "the location is gorgeous. the rooms are very modern and well finished. the towns of sirolo and numana are not friendly because of lack of parking and the extremely difficult topography with uphill walks everywhere. it is not a hotel, but apartments in a big mansion. the communication between the customer and the property is not immediate, since the management company is offsite and the on site guy is not always present. getting in and oit from the side entrance with,steps is not easy, it would...

"Beautiful family villa, with plenty of room and a bathroom for each bedroom. Also a separate sitting room upstairs, with outside seating area. The swimming pool is a lovely size and the spacious garden is extremely well-equipped with chaise-longues, comfortable garden chairs and tables to sit or eat at, in sun or shade.
