"Good hotel, very helpful staff, many thanks to them for helping extend our stay. Air conditioning works well and is controllable. Fabric of the hotel needs a bit of attention, the floor of our room was gouged, and sink a bit temperamental, wardrobe was small. Nothing too serious. Hotel location good and central. it’s near the metro and bus stops.And next to concert hall. Fabulous palaces nearby. Hope the Genoa council bans polluting vehicles from city - air quality on streets must improve!"
