"Very nice hotel and spa with an excellent riverside location. The grounds are very nice and the rooms have excellent views of the Duoro river. The rooms and bathrooms are good and the breakfast was very good. The reception, bar and restaurant staff were very helpful and worked hard. The restaurant was OK but not exceptional. Overall, an excellent hotel."

"Lovely hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The spa was heaven as the indoor pool, hot tub and Turkish bath were included. I didn't see the sense in having to buy the shower cap/swimming cap as it wasn't waterproof "

"Really great. Staff is nice. Rooms have drinks. Breakfast is free. The lunch and dinner is not my favourite. Better to go outside for that. The rooftop pool is amazing barely anyone there too. You do have to take Uber to get into the city, but only cost around five euros."
