"Perfect size and location for our family with children. Beautiful alpine modern design with full amenities. Open floor layout. Great views of the town and mountains. Bedrooms are spacious. Sauna was being used after days of skiing. Close to Garmisch Classic ski area. Very convenient location to town and grocery store. Everything is exceptionally clean. In-unit laundry came in handy with the kids. Very responsive host. Highly recommend, would love to stay again!"

"We enjoyed everything about this property! The check in process was super easy and they provided an overview of the property. The property is clean and well equipped for cooking if desired. Quick walk to most places in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Highly recommend!"

"Liebe Andrea, vielen herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei Dir/Euch. Wir waren ein verlängertes Wochenende in Dießen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Zentrum erreicht man in ca. 20-30 min zu Fuß, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto ca. 8 min. Andrea hat uns sehr freundlich/aufgeschlossen empfangen und stand für Fragen immer zur Verfügung.Bis hoffentlich zum nächsten Mal :-) "

"Beautiful chalet in peaceful location, but walking distance to village. Well equipped and characterful, with a lovely garden fot relaxing and al fresco dining. Owner was most helpful and responsive. Lots to see and do in the area, just 25 minutes drive to Bad Tolz. Great for cycling and walking."

"Fairly easy self check-in process. The provided pics were a big help. There's a supermarket and a bakery just up the street. "

"Beautiful chalet, wonderful amenities, close to town but not in a busy area! Only detractors were immediate vicinity to train tracks behind the property, and lack of simple appliance instructions for non-EU renters. Host is fantastic and very responsive!"
