Apartamento limpo e organizado! Muito bom...

O apartamento é bem confortável, td planejado com utensílios de cozinhas e móveis. O andar é alto, permitindo uma boa ventilação e Vista incrível. A estrutura do condomínio tb é ótima com funcionários atenciosos, Mas... As camas só tem o lençol do colchão, para se cobrir tem apenas um cobertor (Não compatível com clima do Nordeste Brasileiro). Questionei junto a pessoa/empresa responsável pela locação do apto e ela simplesmente respondeu: "Esse é o padrão que trabalhamos " msm com insistência de minha parte, não houve jeito, ela não se prontificou a solucionar o problema. Acabei comprando um jogo de lençóis para usar no período. Tive um péssimo primeiro dia que de certa forma, tirou um pouco do meu entusiasmo com o final de minha viagem de férias. Foram 5 dias onde pela primeira vez em todas as viagens de férias que já fiz, contei os dias para voltar pra casa. Se vc for fazer a locação, confirme antes o que compõe o item " roupa de cama".

Boa localização, fotos fiel ao apartamento, roupa de cama limpas e higiênicas. Recomendo e voltarei. Minha recomendação seria flexibilizar o horário de check-out e melhorar a cama de baixo da bi cama, colchão desconfortável. Resumo: Boa hospedagem!

O apt é muito confortavel sem duvidas. Para alguem que esta a trabalho é o Ideal. Mas para mim que estava de ferias tive que competir uma vaga na piscina com um monte dE gente bebada e barulhenta. A musica era horrivel, e as pessoas piores ainda. De uma primitividade dem tamanho, no final ainda tivemos eu ,meu marido e meu filho que ouvir indiretas do tipo... estrangeiros que vem fazer ferias aqui e nao falam portugues , não precisam nem vir! Hellooo ... horrivel!

Apto 2405. Excelente apto. Tudo muito bem arrumado e organizado. Itens novos e de qualidade. Excelente localização. Centro, academias, mercados, orla. Pontos negativos: as pilhas dos controles estavam fracas, mas não prejudicou a estadia. Recomendo.

Vou fazer a avaliação do imóvel nos itens que acho mais importantes: (*) Limpeza: Excelente, tanto nos utensílios em geral, como nos cômodos e no apartamento em si. (*) Segurança: Muito boa, com portaria 24 horas. (*) Localização: Excelente, perto da praia e de avenidas movimentadas; além de ser muito perto da Feira de Artesanato de Boa Viagem. (*) Imóvel: Muito bom, com camas e travesseiros extremamente confortáveis; louças e utensílios ótimos; televisão a cabo nos dois quartos e sala; chuveiros muito bons e o principal que era os ar condicionados dos quartos excelentes. (*) Área de uso comum (piscina) um pouco conturbada, mas nada que inviabilizasse o uso. Por fim uma negociação muito boa, com segurança e transparência. Com certeza recomendo o apartamento para qualquer pessoa.

Quero deixar expresso meu extremo contentamento com este flat. Tudo que foi descrito foi cumprido, os proprietários são gentis e nos apoiam em tudo... O local realmente fica num ponto privilegiado, próximo à Shopping, Hipermercados, restaurantes. Local limpo, arejado, espetacular para um tempo agradável em família, amigos ou até mesmo sozinho. Os serviços de piscina, sauna, portaria, recepção, estacionamento funcionaram Perfeitamente sem sofrer nenhum tipo de transtorno. Eu recomendo e com certeza voltarei

Apto bem localizado, bem próximo à praia, lugares para refeições, agencias bancárias, não longe farmácias, supermercado, andar alto muito boa ventilação natural, vista para o mar, confortável, agradável, bom desempenho internet e tv a cabo, ambiente familiar, ótimo atendimento e atenção dos proprietários e colaboradores, recepção, portaria e limpeza no prédio.

Quero parabenizar a Beatriz pelo Flat que ficou hospedado nas minhas férias. Todo o Flat estava impecável, tudo organizado e conforme descrito no anúncio e nas fotos. A vista da sala é lindíssima pois você consegue ver o mar e pode deslumbrar a noite uma vista perfeita da cidade do Recife. Os quartos são verdadeiramente bem aconchegante parecendo que estamos na própria casa. A comunicação com a Beatriz foi perfeita e tirou todas as dúvidas. Pare quem estar em dúvida em alugar pode ficar despreocupado e confiar, pois, estará acertando em cheio o flat.
