Flat conforme descrição e imagens. Estrutura do Flat bem como do condomínio é excelente e segura. Equipe da recepção, apoio e restaurante muito atenciosos e solícitos. Vista maravilhosa. Importante levar tudo que for precisar na estadia para não ter que sair com frequência para compra, uma vez que o local é um pouco afastado do centrinho da cidade.

O AP. é ótimo e corresponde a descrição. O ponto negativo foi O elevador, que está em reforma e só foi informado após o fechamento do contrato. Detalhe: são apenas dois lances de escada ampla e ao final não foi impeditivo. Contudo pessoas com baixa mobilidade poderia ser restritivo. No mais a infraestrutura é excelente e o funcionamento do condomínio é bem profissional. Os anfitriões foram muito atenciosos e atenderam prontamente a todas as demandas.

Muito bom

Muito bom o local, o flat bem organizado e equipado. A única coisa que não gostei muito, é que pensei que como nos outros flats que já fui em muro alto, tivesse a limpeza dos apartamentos por parte do local. Fora isto, foi excelente.
