O quarto é confortável. O banheiro apresentou problemas de vazamento de água na pia e no box do banheiro. Durante minha estadia tive problema para dormir a noite por causa do barulho de portas batendo e por causa do alarme de incêndio que disparou de madrugada. O café da manhã era bom. Não usei o restaurante para outras refeições porque achei preços altos (até água era cara- 7,50 valor de uma garrafinha de 350 ml). O Ifood era mais atrativo.

Quarto confortável, estava com uma lâmpada quebrada e prontamente trocaram quando solicitado. Café da manhã com boas opções, mas assim que deu o horário de fechamento (10h) os funcionários já foram tirando as coisas e perguntando se íamos comer mais alguma coisa… achei pouco cortês e desconfortável terminar de comer depois disso. O leitor de placas não funcionará de jeito nenhum. Banheiro limpinho e manutenção diária de toalhas.
