Pleasant stay

Pleasant stay at this very affordable Inn / Hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was small but comfortable, I would recommend for budget conscious folks.

Felt like there was bait and switch because there's a beautiful picture for swimming pool on the Internet when we got there we were told that the pool is under construction

The pool area seems abandoned, and there was trash there all days as well as rusted areas and a gigantic hole on the ceiling. We were three people, and they refused to give us a third pillow. There were no hands towels in the bathrooms, and only bar soap. Beds were not comfortable at all….. They also gave us our towels at the end of the first day of our stay. Breakfast was pretty good though. And it’s across from a supermarket, three blocks from the beach, and close to restaurants, drugstores, which made the location pretty good.

They charge 100$ for the dog while it’s says pet friendly and it never said that they charge, parking was not available and they ask to pay 25$ for private parking, the room was not clean at all the sheets were so tinny and over used

Precisa de uma atenção na recepção!

Precisam com urgência deixar os rececionista mais solicitos e agradáveis. No check in o rapaz foi super ríspido, e no checkout a moça parecia que tava trabalhando apulso. Empresa nenhuma cresce com funcionários insatisfeitos. Fiquei com essa impressão. Avaliem! De resto, tudo ótimo. Inclusive o pessoal da limpeza e restaurante, super simpático e agradável!

Instalações mais antigas, o corredor do meu quarto (2 andar) com cheiro de mofo. Precisei trocar o cartão de acesso duas vezes na diária pois não funcionava pra entrar no quarto. O quarto é confortável, a cama, o ar gela bem, atendimento legal, café da manhã também Ok!

Hotel sem administração adequada

No geral hotel bom, quartos grandes, mas com detalhes que poderiam ser resolvidos. As cortinas do quarto sao velhas e cheira mofo, não lavam, apenas borrifam produtos diariamente, o que não resolve. Nossa estadia foi de 14 dias, 7 primeiros dias SEM PISCINA. Total ingerência em resolver problemas na acidez da água, coisa que se resolveria em um dia se tivessem boa vontade. Café da manhã bom, mas repetitivo. Máquina de café com.a alavanca defeituosa pingando constantemente, não arrumaram pelo menos o tempo que passamos por lá. Parte do teto do piso M (piscina) desabou já um metro de onde eu estava sentado (23/07/25) a área foi isolada. Academia fraca, somente uma esteira funcionando e uma.maquina de multi exercícios. No prédio tem dois elevadores para os hóspedes,.um deles ficou parado pelo menos nos dez primeiros dias de nossa estadia. Toalhas somente são trocadas a cada dois dias, um absurdo. Precisei de uma colher para dar remédio ao meu filho de madrugada NEGARAM, um absurdo. Enfim, com relacao a piscina,.desde o primeiro dia de minha estadia ficavam cobrando a gerente que nada fazia para resolver,.aliás, na minha opinião incompetente e nada atenciosa com o cliente, está na função errada.

Com certeza não pernoito mais neste hotel, muitos problemas os principais que ocorreram elevador quebrado e piscina em manutenção a mais de 7 dias e não dado nenhum desconto.

Hotel velho, só cheira a mofo os carpetes dos corredores dos andares. Passei uma semana no hotel. Café da manhã sempre a mesma coisa (pão, ovo, cuscuz e salsicha). Durante toda a semana um dos elevadores não funcionou, tornando um caos a espera pelo único que funcionava. Por fim, as fechaduras elétricas antigas sempre descarregavam, fazendo com que o hóspede tivesse que ficar dando uma carga na recepção

Banheiro entupido

Nossa estadia foi muito boa o hotel fica próximo da praia e de comércios. A unica supresa foi que o hotel tem 12 andares e o elevador vai ate 11° andar e também o quarto que ficamos o banheiro (box) ao tomar banho a água demora para descer (entupido). Fizemos a reclamação, mas continuo do mesmo jeito. Fora isso foi tudo bem.
