Very friendly and helpful staff. We eat dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and the food and service was excellent. Breakfast at the hotel was also very good. A wonderful selection of cheeses and lots of coffee. We would recommend this hotel, 5 stars!!

Easy to find and located within a few kilometres from the A75 the hotel makes a very convenient place to stay when travelling south. We were happy to roll into La Canourgue after a beautiful, if sometimes scary drive through Cévennes. The Hotel Du Commerce has decent parking, because it is also what appears to be a popular restaurant and bar. We weren't able to try the food, because we arrived too late and left too early in the morning. We checked in with the man at the bar; he was friendly and quick to help. Our room was spacious and clean. After checking in, we strolled around the town and found many interesting alleyways...
