"Will not stay here again. Close to the slopes, that was the only good thing. Around 9pm someone opens our hotel door. They gave keys to our hotel room to another guest! I was there with my husband and kids! This is terrifying. I went to the front desk the next morning and they apologized and said it was a mistake and to go have breakfast on us while they figure out how to compensate us. Bring me the receipt for breakfast and we will reimburse you. Ya right! Breakfast was $60. I gave her the receipt and she reimbursed us $100 total. So my families safety is worth $40. I paid over $400 for the night. Unacceptable! I did complain but it took me going to corporate to get any resolution. And 1 of the elevators broke overnight which made check out really hard since everyone was checking out and using the elevator to get their luggage down."
