"Air conditioning was very powerful, and the beds were nicely made! For the price, it is what you would expect, but the hotel staff made the entire trip. Very helpful and welcoming!"

"Close to Penn Station and MSG which is what I was looking for. Room was TINY. Bed was very comfortable. Fixtures in bathroom are very dated. Bathroom is also very small. No room service but restaurants are attached to lobby level of hotel. Tick Tok diner is open for 24 hours and food was decent. If you only need someplace to lay your head, this is the hotel for you."

"Excellent stay, wonderful breakfast spread and the amenities were the best I've ever experienced! Loved the $35 daily credit and the free museum tickets and bike rides were the best! Let's not forget the free water each day! Staff were exceptionally kind at the front desk and at the breakfast Cafe. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldnt imagine staying anywhere else during a NY visit!! Plus the close proximity to Times Square and everything!"

"OYO is right at Times Square, so expect noise from the streets. Come for the convenient location, and clean rooms. There isn’t anywhere you can sit down to work on your laptop, and the TV isn’t smart, doesn’t have local channels or a way to connect to the tv. (The HDMI ports are on the back and you can’t pull tv outward). I liked the evening/overnight concierge staff. A more seasoned individual, and sassy."
