"Stayed in the double queen studio room. Lots of storage, bigger fridge & nice sized kitchenette. The bathroom is the only thing lacking space & felt very small and compact with barely enough room to move. I didn’t have any breakfast but everything looked good & smelled great. Despite the bathroom, overall still a really nice stay. I would definitely stay here again."

"Horrible experience. Check in started at 3 and I arrived at 8. I was told my room was not ready and wouldn’t be for a couple more hours due to staffing shortage. The manager only offered to cancel my reservation or call me when a room was ready. My disabled veteran husband started having mental issues so they got us a room quicker. Then our room had no towels. I saw a teenage housekeeper in hall who gave us towels and found out her mom was assistant manager who asked her to come in and help out....

"Staff was excellent. Breakfast was great and the staff there were friendly, inviting and accommodating. Room was clean, comfortable, roomy and laid out well. Will be staying at more at IHG hotels."

"The bathroom was not clean. Around the tiolet and bathtub had a dirt ring. Dust throughout and spider Webb by the air conditioner. Ice maker did not work and the gym equipment where broken."

"Very close to Kings Island, which was a plus for us. We would stay hear again. The staff was not overly friendly, but it wasnt a terrible experience either. Our room was very clean and spacious and accomodating for what we were needing. Overall a good stay."
