This charming three-bedroom, two-bath cottage sits on a secluded one-acre lot with uninterrupted panoramic views of sandy beaches, rolling dunes, and the Atlantic Ocean. Step outside to your private stairway leading directly to a pristine beach—your front-row seat to PEI’s natural beauty.

Inside, the open-concept main level features soaring cathedral ceilings, coastal décor, and large windows framing the sea. The main floor includes a queen bedroom and full bathroom. Upstairs, a double bedroom and a cozy sitting/TV room provide extra space for relaxing, movie nights, or reading. Laundry is conveniently located on the upper level.

This place has an amazing view! The cottage is super cozy. I think it’d be a good idea to mention the number of stairs to the beach in the listing. Some renters might have mobility issues, and that could be a bit of a turn-off.
