The main floor has a spacious kitchen with an open floor plan to the living room that includes a queen sofa sleeper. The living room has a wood-burning stone fireplace and a Smart-TV. The balcony has seating and a gas grill for your use. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make meals of your choosing. The dining area has a large table that seats eight and four additional chairs at the bar. The loft upstairs is very spacious and has a king size bed and two twin beds. Please note this property has 3 parking spaces for your vehicles, but no trailer parking. No pets allowed. Property has WiFi network with very fast internet service. Property does not have a washer/dryer. In order to have access to the washer and dryer, you would need to rent the Red River Townhouse efficiency as well.
