"The room and staff were great, however, we arrived in a rental vehicle with the intention of dropping our luggage into the room, then drop the vehicle at the airport. However upon arrival there was no way other than to operate a pay to park kiosk with a gate. Evidently after risking some unknown surcharge for just dropping off our luggage, this was worked out at the desk. It would make it much more intuitive to indicate that non overnight parking for guest NEEDs to pass through the gate. In our confusion, we drove all around the hotels on the block looking for the front entrance temporary parking for guests, which was very unpleasant. Please label this better for such guests, the existing sign is lacking."

"Hotel was clean and I love that no one can't just come in inside you have to slide your room key in order to come inside the hotel. Also, that pets are free to stay is very awesome. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you "
